As the Sales & Administration Coordinator for TISSOT Canada, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and play a key role in supporting the brand’s sales operations and marketing execution across the Canadian market. You will be responsible for coordinating inventory, managing administrative processes, and supporting sales and customer service functions. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities include:
Sales & Inventory Coordination
- Manage SKU setup, pricing updates, and product hierarchy in alignment with HQ standards.
- Oversee order processing, including wholesale, consignment, incentive, and employee purchases.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment, transfers, returns, and adjustments using SAP.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels and shipping activity; prepare weekly sales and inventory reports.
Customer & Retailer Support
- Serve as a liaison for retailers and customers, resolving logistics issues and responding to inquiries in English and French.
- Support the sales team with account setup, documentation, and large order coordination.
- Provide backup support for sales coordinators and assist with after-sales service documentation.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of POS materials and ensure SAP data integrity.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting on billing, credits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist with internal audits and inventory counts as needed.
Miscellaneous
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Working Conditions:
This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel. Moderate physical effort is required. This position has a low risk of injury but involves lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding boxes and store fixtures (up to 35 lbs or more with support). Significant focus is required when completing reports and preparing materials for presentations.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring a high-quality execution and deployment of the Public Relations strategy worldwide in terms of announcements, events and their amplification. Leveraging launches, sports partnerships and ambassadors, in order to grow the brand presence and drive brand awareness, engagement and increase the positive conversation around the brand globally. You will orchestrate the content creation around these activations (creation of highly engaging content for multiple channel outputs, especially digital and social media) and adaptation for Tissot on a global level in line with the overall communication strategy and objectives.
This role involves developing and implementing mid to long term content strategies providing best in class assets to the different stakeholders according to their needs. You will contribute to the success of the strategy by providing best practices and next-generation trends in those areas.
Your mission
- Collaborate with HQ marketing teams to contribute to integrated global brand communication efforts,
- Coordinate with external suppliers or create marketing and public relations materials, including press releases, press kits, briefs, presentations, editorials, and newsletters,
- Develop and maintain an effective interview database, preparing drafts as needed and monitoring results,

- Review approved editorial partnership content under the supervision of the International PR Manager,
